also known as No Fee, Win or Lose.
A
No Win No Fee Agreement is correctly known as a Conditional Fee Agreement and
you will probably find this to be a favourable method of
funding a claim for personal injury.
Under a No-win, No-fee
Agreement the client will only be responsible for our fees if
the case is won, and in practice these are almost always
recovered from the other side anyway.
Additionally, if necessary we would be able to arrange an
insurance policy which would cover you for any costs to be paid
to the other side in the unlikely event your claim was not
successful.
If the claim is successful the insurance premium is recovered
from the other side.
