The No Win No
Fee Catch?
Quite simply, there isn't one.
In return for agreeing
to forgo our costs if the claim is unsuccessful, and to wait
until the end of the claim in any event, we are allowed to
recover an additional sum over and above our normal legal
charges.
This is called a "Success Fee" and is based upon a percentage of
our normal (or "Base") charges. Again, this "Success Fee" is
paid by the other side on conclusion of the claim and not out of
your compensation.
